About IQL Stratford

Why IQL Stratford is Great For East London Businesses and Startups

If you are based in east London and looking for a local office space or a coworking package for your startup, the IQL in Stratford has everything. What a blessing to have such an incredible and forward-thinking project at our doorstep.

For those of you who don’t know, the IQL (International Quarter London) is a hub for like-minded professionals, businesses, and those that love a healthy work/life balance.

It is a diversity of spaces offering residents and workers a rich, boundary-less working experience, surrounded by cafés, open green spaces and plenty of bars, restaurants, shops events, just a short walk away.

Located next to the entrance of the Park, International Quarter London is the capital’s new home for progressive businesses. And who wouldn’t want to base themselves here? The transportation links in Stratford are incredible, and with 560 acres of park to enjoy, why would you want to leave?

IQL’s workplaces are unique and clearly well throughout, offering a fantastic environment and a real sense of community. It is a place where innovation and motivation strive, allowing for excellent productivity and relaxation. This really is London's innovation district and outdoes anything offered up anywhere else in the capital. I think of how Stratford was 20 years ago, compared to now, and wow! What a transformation.

About Their Work Spaces

4 spaces for you to choose from, each offering the perfect working environment for established businesses and startups. 1 Westfield Avenue, 2 Redman Place, The Turing Building and Workable.

.

1 Westfield Avenue

Designed by award-winning architects, Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners and completed in 2018, the space had been designed with wellbeing and flexibility in mind.
The building boasts large, open floorplates providing a flexible workspace that encourages collaboration and movement whilst enjoying 100% fresh air in the office. All areas are serviced by high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated reception and entrance at street level.

A place where productivity and wellbeing are a priority, all topped off with glorious views across London.

2 Redman Place

2 Redman Place is adjacent to the new footbridge connecting directly to the V&A East and London College of Fashion. It’s also the new global headquarters for Cancer Research UK and the British Council. Other occupiers include FNZ, Mind and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

The Turing Building

The thinking behind The Turing Building is simple. To create a technology-enhanced space to work that provides energy, opportunity, health and wellbeing. It sounds easy, right? But I’m sure a lot of research went into creating an environment that blends productivity with wellbeing.

Workable

Workable is their newest co-working space. Located on the 19th floor of 1 Westfield Avenue, they offer different workspace options for flexible working plus meeting rooms for hire. A perfect space to work in a more collaborative and flexible environment.

The space is perfect for startups, small businesses, or teams within larger organisations who would benefit from working off-site. You get everything you would expect from a shared workspace at IQL, plus one of the best views in London. On top of that, you neighbour with the hottest new cultural district in the world. All from as little as £10 a day.

In truth, when you work in an office environment such as IQL, you can relax and just get on with your work. You are surrounded by like-minded professionals, green spaces, cafes, and close to Stratford's Westfields. But one of the best factors about IQL is its transport links. The ease of getting in and out of work each day is a breeze compared to anywhere else in London, meaning your wellbeing and hours spent commuting will greatly benefit when choosing to base yourself here.

Are you living in and around East London and looking to get back into the office spirit again after lockdown? People would kill to live so close to IQL! Check out their website here for more details: https://www.internationalquarter.london/
